Yoga Therapy 1:1
This is for you if you are seeking a more natural and integrative approach to ease pain and stress, prefer to practice in the privacy and convenience of your own home and receive 1:1 individualized attention. I will work with you to create a practice that is accessible, practical and sustainable, using the ancient wisdom of yoga to improve overall health - body, mind and spirit.
Group Classes
Group Yoga therapy classes are designed for students sharing a common health condition, such as chronic pain, auto-immune disorders, low back pain, COVID long-haul syndrome, or other health issues. Classes are limited in size so students receive the care and attention during each session.

How does virtual Yoga Therapy work?
Once you register for a class or private session, a link is sent to your email address. Prior to your scheduled start time, simply click on the link to “join” the meeting. You can test out your camera/webcam to find the best angle. If you are registered for a group class, I as your host will open up the space 15 minutes before the class begins, so you can enjoy some community space and settle in. This helps to create connection with each other even though we are not in the same space physically. Also, arriving early helps to address any tech challenges prior to class start. (Yes, I am here to help!)
Following the class, there will be a few minutes where I am happy to answer any questions that may help to enhance your yoga journey.
All you need is a laptop (or tablet or smartphone with a camera), props such as a yoga mat, pillows and blankets, yoga strap and a chair, and a quiet space.
“The best place to practice yoga is in your home and out in the world..” - Ann Swanson, Science of Yoga
Yoga therapy is an integrative and complementary practice and fits within any lifestyle. Depending on your specific goals and needs, yoga therapy sessions can include yoga poses, mindfulness meditation, deep relaxation techniques, breathing practices, mantra and and self-reflection.
Yoga is not a quick fix nor is it a remedy for every ailment; but indeed it can be powerful medicine. To fully understand what it can do for you, you need to experience it yourself.
As a Certified Yoga Therapist, I have received significant specialized training and continue to study with master teachers.
I would love to support you in your journey towards better health and well-being.
