WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A VIRTUAL 1:1 SESSION?
Private yoga sessions are tailored to your needs specifically. These sessions require intake forms to be completed prior to our appointment. Your answers guide our session together. There are many paths in yoga. Our sessions can include functional yoga therapy, pain management, meditation techniques, pranayama (breath work), and of course asana (postures), strength building, and much more. Yoga therapy sessions look very different from one client to another. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, I will support you in your unique journey of healing.
